Returns
For online purchases, you have the right to withdraw from the distance contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
Conditions: The product must be in its original commercial condition – unworn, unwashed, without any signs of use or stains.
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please include the completed paper Return Form, provided by us in the package upon delivery, together with the purchase document (goods receipt and/or invoice) in the returned parcel. This will help us process the return more quickly.
The returned product may be sent to the following address:

Tel.: +359 896 880 862
The courier costs for returning the product are borne by the customer.
Parcels sent with cash on delivery will not be accepted.
Refunds
When the right of withdrawal is exercised, refunds of payments received from the customer are made in accordance with the requirements of applicable law. The cost of the standard delivery method selected for the original order will also be refunded; any additional amount paid for a more expensive delivery method will not be refunded.
Product Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a purchased product for another product from our range, please indicate the desired product in the Returns and Exchanges Form.
When requesting an exchange, there is no need to place a new order through the website. If there is a difference in the value of the selected product, we will contact you to arrange the payment of the difference or the refund of the remaining amount.
